The Archives division of the Museum of Freemasonry is the repository of a wealth of documents dating back to before the creation of this Grand Lodge. When lodges have folded their records are returned to the Grand Lodge and placed in the archives. This store cdonsists of millions of sheets of records dating back to the early 1800's.

Many items are placed in secure document storage but can be made available to researchers on rerquest. We also attempt to assist enquiries on family research. A large number of member records have been digitised and will be available to be electronical;ly seached in the near future, as resources become available.

The archives are staffed by volunteers and enquiries should be made as to tiomes when enquiries can be made.

Enquires and appointments should be arranbged through the Grand Lodge office on 02 9284 2800.
